Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen;
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age;
  • Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED;
  • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language fluently;
  • Must be able to prepare detailed reports and fill out forms;
  • Must successfully pass required pre-employment testing;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to meet and maintain physical fitness standards; (see Elite PFT)
  • Must be able to meet and maintain Elite's firearms qualification (Elite's Course of Fire)
  • Must pass background investigation; such as criminal, credit and driving record checks;
  • Must be able to obtain certifications for CPR, First Aid and AED;
  • Must have or able to obtain Mandatory State Certifications for the position applying for;
  • Must be approved by the client to work at the site;
  • Must sign a submittal for reasonable cause, random and/or contract-mandated Drug Testing that’s in accordance with federal and state law.

In-Close Protection, Offensive/Defensive Driving, understanding Concentric Rings of Protection, Property Access Control, Property Protection, Traffic Control, Vehicle Searches, Personnel Searches, Escort Duties, Vehicle and/or Foot Patrols, Operate a Motor Vehicle, Enforce Company Policy, Regulations and Laws, Assist Visitors, Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Ability to respond to emergency situations including Medical. Other duties as assigned.

ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS

Armed Security Officer

Job Duties:

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Property Access Control, Property Protection, Traffic Control, Vehicle Searches, Personnel Searches, Escort Duties, Vehicle and/or Foot Patrols, Operate a Motor Vehicle, Enforce Company Policy, Regulations and Laws, Assist Visitors, Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), De-Escalation/Conflict Resolution with the least amount of force necessary, Ability to respond to emergency situations including Medical, Pursuit, Apprehension and Detention of/for individuals. Other duties as assigned.
