Basic Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen;
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age;
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED;
- Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language fluently;
- Must be able to prepare detailed reports and fill out forms;
- Must successfully pass required pre-employment testing;
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to meet and maintain physical fitness standards; (see Elite PFT)
- Must be able to meet and maintain Elite's firearms qualification (Elite's Course of Fire)
- Must pass background investigation; such as criminal, credit and driving record checks;
- Must be able to obtain certifications for CPR, First Aid and AED;
- Must have or able to obtain Mandatory State Certifications for the position applying for;
- Must be approved by the client to work at the site;
- Must sign a submittal for reasonable cause, random and/or contract-mandated Drug Testing that’s in accordance with federal and state law.

In-Close Protection, Offensive/Defensive Driving, understanding Concentric Rings of Protection, Property Access Control, Property Protection, Traffic Control, Vehicle Searches, Personnel Searches, Escort Duties, Vehicle and/or Foot Patrols, Operate a Motor Vehicle, Enforce Company Policy, Regulations and Laws, Assist Visitors, Monitor Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Ability to respond to emergency situations including Medical. Other duties as assigned.
